How to use YouTube playlists, liked videos, channels, and manual URLs with Todij Playlist Manager

Select multiple playlists or subscribed channels, switch to Liked Videos mode, or paste Manual URLs, then filter by title, channel, duration or publication date, use applicable management actions, and open selected videos in separate tabs.

Confirmed unlike actions

In Liked Videos, Unlike selected videos removes your likes from the selected loaded items. Unlike all videos covers every loaded liked video across all pages, including items hidden by filters; it excludes likes that have not been loaded. Clear earlier selections before a filtered cleanup, review the exact targets and count, then confirm. You can cancel remaining requests; an in-flight request may finish. Successfully removed items disappear from the workspace and its loaded count updates.

Bounded loading with clear status

Load All Videos can load up to 5,000 videos per playlist, liked-video source or channel. Combined runs also have a total limit. A partial-load notice identifies incomplete results; only loaded videos are searched, filtered or selected.

Date filters use publication date, not the date a video was liked or added to a playlist.

From link lists to visual cards

Import TXT, CSV or JSON, preview duplicate and invalid rows, and inspect available titles, thumbnails and channel details. Each import accepts up to 5,000 rows and 2 MiB; card details depend on Google access and available YouTube data.

The walkthrough demonstrates search, REGEX, channel/date filtering, selection and link import/export. It does not demonstrate every management action or certify OAuth verification. This link opens YouTube only when you choose it; no video player is embedded here.

Google OAuth verification is not yet complete. Sign-in warnings or access limits may occur. Chrome Web Store review and Google OAuth verification are separate; neither is implied by this guide or the walkthrough.

Export links and manage subscriptions

Export video links from Selected videos, Current page, Matching filters (all pages), or All loaded videos. Each scope shows its count and includes links from any loaded source, including YouTube API-loaded playlists, liked videos and channels. TXT and CSV contain URLs; JSON also includes video IDs. Files omit titles, descriptions, thumbnails, durations, account details and playlist structure. This is a link list, not a complete account or playlist backup.

In Advanced > Manage Channels, select two or more channel checkboxes. Selection remains stable while searching and sorting. Choose Unsubscribe Selected to review the exact targets, then Start Queue to unsubscribe from up to 25 channels per batch. Requests run one at a time with cooldowns. Cancel stops remaining requests; an in-flight request may finish.

Advanced offers playlist move, copy, removal, link import, playlist creation and management actions where applicable. In Liked Videos it also offers Unlike selected videos and Unlike all videos. Layout is a separate menu beside Advanced for grid/list view and columns; the video toolbar has Import and Export controls.

Load all videos from playlists, liked videos, or channels and open selected ones

Use this flow when you want to browse available videos from playlists, liked videos, or channels rather than searching for a specific keyword.

🎬 Select sources and switch to Load All Videos

Choose your playlist, liked videos, or channel source from the sidebar, then select the Load All Videos mode in the control panel.

🎛 Set results per page

Use the Results Per Page control to set how many videos to display per page. Choose a page size that suits your browsing style.

⚡ Click Load All Videos

Start the load operation. TPM fetches and displays videos in a paginated grid. Click Stop Loading at any time to pause before all videos are fetched.

🧭 Navigate pages and apply advanced filters

Use the numeric pagination bar at the bottom to move between result pages. Combine title, channel, duration, available HD/SD definition, and publication-date filters while keeping your selections stable.

🚀 Select videos and open in bulk

Select the videos you want and click Open Selected Videos. All selected videos open in background tabs. TPM warns before opening more than 100 at once.

Whether you load playlists, liked videos, channels, or manual URLs, TPM sends everything into the same grid with stable selection, pagination, filtering, link import/export, and playlist-action support where applicable.

🔎 Advanced filtering without selection loss

Combine title, channel, duration, available HD/SD definition, and publication-date filters (All/Before/After/Between) without losing previously selected videos.

⌨ Keyboard shortcuts

Ctrl+Enter — open selected videos when the button is active.
Tab / Shift+Tab — move within Settings & Privacy.
Escape — close Settings and return focus.

⚡ Local caching speeds up repeat sessions

Open Settings & Privacy in the sidebar. Clear Cached YouTube Data asks for confirmation and removes local YouTube caches, saved search progress/import-job records, opened-video state and saved search presets, keeping UI preferences. Reset Settings restores UI preferences without revoking Google access. Revoke Google/YouTube Access opens Google Account connections, where you complete revocation. Delete downloaded files separately. Removing TPM through Chrome’s extension controls also deletes its extension-managed local data; this does not delete YouTube playlists or subscriptions or revoke account authorization.
