1. Acceptance of these terms
By installing, accessing, or using Todij Playlist Manager ("TPM"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to all applicable laws, browser rules, Google policies, and YouTube policies that apply to your use.
If you do not agree, do not use TPM.
2. YouTube API Services
Todij Playlist Manager uses YouTube API Services. By using Todij Playlist Manager, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
TPM uses YouTube API Services only after you authorize access with your Google account. TPM is an independent product and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.
3. Authorized use and current capability
TPM is designed to help users load, search, filter, sort, paginate, display, export, and open user-authorized YouTube playlist/channel/video metadata in a browser-local workspace.
The current Chrome Extension build is not strictly read-only because it includes explicit user-triggered playlist and subscription management actions where those controls are shown in the UI. TPM performs those actions only after user interaction and authorization. Browsing and navigation flows are read-focused.
You must not use TPM for unlawful activity, abusive scraping, security circumvention, service disruption, spam, or unauthorized automation.
4. Google Cloud project and credentials
The Todij Playlist Manager Chrome Extension API Client currently uses Google Cloud project number 606029766008 for YouTube API access.
This Google Cloud project and OAuth client are used only for Todij Playlist Manager. TPM does not share this API project with another application or API client.
Do not publicly expose API keys, client secrets, private credentials, or any credential not intentionally published by the owner.
5. Your account authorization
You control whether TPM has Google/YouTube account authorization. You may revoke authorization at any time from your Google Account permissions page:
https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en
TPM also provides a Revoke Google/YouTube Access control in Settings / Maintenance Menu / Account & Privacy. After revocation, TPM cannot access YouTube data unless you sign in again and grant permission again.
6. Local data and retention
TPM may store YouTube API data locally in browser-managed extension storage and IndexedDB for up to 24 hours unless you clear it sooner. Preferences and UI settings may persist longer until reset or uninstall.
See the Privacy Policy and Cookie and Local Storage Policy for details.
7. No endorsement and trademarks
Todij Playlist Manager is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google or YouTube. Google and YouTube names, services, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
References to YouTube describe compatibility with user-authorized YouTube Data API workflows and do not imply endorsement.
8. Availability and changes
TPM is provided as-is. Features may change as browser APIs, YouTube API behavior, Google policies, or TPM product requirements change. We may update these Terms of Use when product behavior or policy requirements change.
